TERMS OF SERVICE!!
^{Please read before commissioning!!}

Please read through these carefully.If you have a problem or a question reguarding my terms please let me know and I may either be able to provide an exception for you or explain something you may be confused on.1. GENERAL TERMSAll finished drawings may or will include a signiture/watermark that you may not remove.I might record the drawing process and post it on my youtube.Prices are subject to change based on demand.I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.2. PAYMENTCurrency accepted is USD only accepted through cashappCommissions will be paid 90% up front and the rest will be paid upon completion.Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.What counts as a completed commission?
Any commission that has has been approved by the client, or has 90%+ of the work already completed if the client cancels it before the finished piece was approved.3. PROCESS AND DELIVERYI will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund (see point 7 further below for more info on refunds)While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually be heavily watermarked and be much smaller than the finished piece.The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other projects I may have and con seasons.If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product in digital art commissions.YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE THE FINISHED PIECE WITHOUT SENDING THE FINAL 10% OF THE PAYMENT. AND YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY RIGHTS TO THE WORK UNTIL YOU'VE PAID THE FINAL AMOUNT4. REVISIONSYou get 2 rounds of(not very minimal) changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.**If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. **The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.PLEASE INCLUDE CLEAR AND UNDERSTANDABLE REFERENCES TO GIVE ME A BETTER IDEA OF WHAT YOU WANT!!5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, big-armed-mar (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:Promote myself with it everywherePublish books with it (artbooks, etc.)Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)Post it wherever I wantDisplay the speedpaint in youtube videos, etc.(If you do not want me displaying the artwork anywhere, please discuss it with me before I start the comm.)The buyer is allowed to:Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.Use the artwork to promote themselves. Please make sure to credit me. :)Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject of the video for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.-Claiming the artwork as your own-Removing my signature/watermark from the artwork-Altering the artwork without my consent-I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal(commercial) use may be purchased at any time. Please reach out!! :D).6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make sure my clients like the work I create for them!!If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.(Change is not guarenteed, as some are non-negotiable for me.)7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICYThe buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission and the commission is still currently ongoing.If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.If I am unable to finish your commission after the sketch has been accepted(by the client) you will recieve a partial refund based on how much work has already been completed.If you are getting a refund, I will transfer the money to you myselfIF YOU DO NOT PAY THE FINAL AMOUNT rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will keep evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again, and I may take action to warn my fellow artista about you.If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the beforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, big-armed-mar (mommy mar, the artist), and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.What do you get?Drafts/mockups that you must decide which one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission there might be fewer or more drafts)Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the workI may ask you for color preferences or insight and involvement in color plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece)Full-resolution file (300 DPI) of final drawing and a smaller version for internet upload. Final file formats are usually PNG.HOW SLOTS WORK:Status:
Open = I am open for commissions!! :D
Closed = I am closed :(
Waitlist = Closed, but you can ask to be waitlisted!!One commission equals one slot- so if one person orders three pieces, that person fills up three slots. If all slots are taken you can ask to be put on a waitlist.Slot 1: SLOT X: SKETCH - HALFBODY for UsernameSlot 2: SLOT X: SKETCH - HALFBODY for Username(I only have two slots because that Is what I am comfortable with, if all are filled please ask to be put on the waitlist.) (If I reach out to you when I reach the waitlist and you do not respond in one week (7 days) you will be removed from the waitlist)(I can't promise the carrd's slots will be accurate as I don't tend to update it often. Hi there!! Thank you so very much for your interest in commissiong me. Comms really help me get by in life a little easier, So I truly appreciate your consideration.(NOTE: By commissioning me you hereby agree to adhere to my T.o.S.!!)Payment:At this time, I only accept payment through cashapp.90% upfront, 10% upon completionHOW TO COMMISSION:
1. Figure out what you want first.2. Join my commission discord server!! (click this)

2c. I will get to your ticket shortly and we will discuss details of your commission in your ticket. :)(Note: you will be kicked from the server after your commission has been completed and accepted!!)(Please do not DM me for things unrelated to commissions!!)3. Send over your reference / vibe photos!!4. Based on what you're asking, I'll give you the price of the comm!! And explain how you'll be paying.5. If you're cool with the price, I will accept the commission!! (Quick heads up! there may be additional fees if there are over 2 major changes to the peice, or if the change could cause me to spend an extra time working on the peace there may be an extra fee!!)6. After 90% upfront fee has been paid, I will start on the sketch soon! If you would like to cancel before I have sent over a sketch, this is your time to do so. I will continue to reach out during different parts of the process for approval. (Note, that if I haven't recieved feedback on a wip I have sent over I won't continue working on it until its approved or a tiny adjustment is requested)11.
